Not at home?
DPD
The evening before the delivery day, you will receive the track & trace code for your package(s). Keep an eye on the track & trace code to see the final delivery time. We have no influence over the time or day of delivery. If you are not home, DPD will either deliver your package to a pickup point or return it to us. In some cases, the pickup point may refuse the package(s), which would also result in the order being returned to us.
If the package is delivered to a pickup point, we kindly ask you to collect your order as soon as possible. If the package is not picked up within a few days, it will be returned to us.
If we need to resend the order, additional shipping costs will apply.
DACHSER
Businesses will receive their pallet order as soon as possible, during opening hours. We deliver pallet orders to consumers by appointment only. This way, we can be sure that you are at home at the time of delivery. Our carrier, DACHSER, will contact you by phone or E-Mail to schedule an appointment.
It is important that you will be at home at the time of delivery; they will come especially for you. Not at home at the time of delivery? Then a new appointment has to be scheduled, and additional costs will apply.
