Description
After we moved, we had room for one large wall cabinet for our Starbucks cup collection. To replace 6 old cabinets previously made of MDF.
Work description: how did you realize your project
First came up with a design without drilling, screwing and painting. The old MDF cupboard did have this and it takes a lot of work. Calculated how many shelves would fit in the cupboard with a space of 12.0 cm for the coffee cups and two uprights of 18 mm and one upright of 9 mm.
Shelves of 12 x 12 x 9 mm as used supports for the shelves. The planks are glued to the uprights, these are now 27 mm thick. When setting up, first put two planks together with two supports, then place two uprights against them and then work up plank by plank. Unfortunately, the last gap was 15.7 high instead of 12 mm, so we had to go to Veenendaal for 4 more planks 15.7 x 12 x 9 mm. Used tacker to make it even stronger, but not really necessary. Handy guy (like me ;) ) will post this in a day.
Final size: What are the outside dimensions?
240.0 cm high, 305.4 cm wide and 12.0 cm deep
