Description of JT

As a contrast to the rough masonry wall, we have made a sleek library corner from concrete plywood. Due to the sleek appearance, it was very important that the sheet material was sawn properly at right angles and tightly. After a previous positive experience for another custom-made cabinet, we ended up back at TOSIZE.it. The sheet material looks good and was delivered on time, top service! With the custom-made cushions the picture is complete!

How I made this project

We stacked the boxes of varying widths on top of each other. The compartments are screwed together plates of 9mm thick and glued together per layer. The sofa is made of 18mm plate and screwed together and to the wall behind it. The cabinet is secured to the floor beams at the top, so there is no risk of it falling over. Safety comes first, of course! The end plate to the left of the corner could not be made in one piece, we solved this by cutting the bottom part flush with the plinth height. With the custom-made cushions the picture is complete and we enjoy a cozy reading corner in the living room.
