Laurens has created a custom utility room using custom-sawn birch plywood 18mm. After gaining inspiration on Pinterest and at VT-wonen, we custom designed our utility room ourselves. We easily ordered the sawn panels to size online.
Description by Laurens
We made wooden cabinets in the utility room, from birch plywood, including a kitchen unit with black sink/faucet and white matching tiles. The refrigerator and washing machine are nicely concealed.
How I made this project
First of all, we looked for inspiration on Pinterest. We soon ended up with wooden cabinets, among other things. to inspiration from vt-wonen. We then adjusted the sizes, made a drawing, calculated the sizes several more times and then easily ordered everything in the webshop. First we assembled the high cabinets, placed them in place, then assembled the low cabinets and placed them next to them. Finally, sink in, tiles on the wall.
