TV cabinet from Birch Multiplex, by Pieter

Description

A rotating TV cabinet made of birch plywood, with two folding doors on piano hinge. The entire piece of furniture has been painted and can rotate using four castors.

Homemade TV furniture from Multiplex Birch

I started looking for inspiration on OPMAATZAGEN.nl and Pinterest. Then I made a sketch on paper and then digitized the sketch. The depth of the cabinet had to be optimal for the TV on top, but also for the Playstation and other things inside.

I had all the wood that I subsequently ordered cut to the correct size and where necessary Also miter sawn. I then first glued the outside together, after which the divider was placed in it. This was a precise job because it had to be nicely in the middle.

Finally, I attached the wheels, installed the doors with piano hinges and sanded and varnished the entire cabinet. You're done!
